Service Description
The course fee includes a travel fee for our instructors to travel to Stanger. Candidates receive an online access code and electronic manual to prepare at home. They then come to the one day classroom session for practical assessments.

Cancellation Policy
Emergency Care Education cannot issue a refund for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the course, we charge a postponement fee for postponements within 2 weeks of the course date. (R1840 for all Advanced Life Support courses and R500 for BLS and First aid courses) This is due to the enormous loss incurred as a result of late postponements as it blocks two seats on the course; - One space is blocked on the cancelled course date as it is too late to for a new applicant to prepare. - The second seat is taken up on the rescheduled course date.
