Airway Management Course
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Advanced Airway Management Course is designed to give candidates the opportunity to learn, practice and demonstrate airway & ventilatory skills used in resuscitation.
The course includes demonstrations, skills practice, and assessments. Airway Management assessment is to the level of scope of practice of the candidate. Modules include:
Bag-valve--Mask Ventilation and Airway Adjuncts (O2 administration).
Laryngeal Mask Airway, Oesophageal tube and Endotracheal Tube placement.

ASSESSMENT:
Both a written test and several skills tests are required for course completion.
