
AHA Basic Life Support course (BLS)
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Course is designed to train healthcare professionals to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide effective CPR, use of an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. The course is intended for a variety of healthcare professionals.

1day
STUDENT MATERIALS:
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers Student Manual, pocket mask with one way valve and gloves in hard case.
ASSESSMENT:
Both a written MCQ & practical skills tests are required for course completion.
CERTIFICATION UPON COURSE COMPLETION:
Internationally recognized AHA BLS Certification, CPD certificate (CPD-accredited by the Health Professions Council of South Africa for 10 Continuing Education Units)
