American Heart association Basic Life Support Instructor Course
As an accredited AHA International Training Centre, Emergency Care Education conducts the AHA BLS CPR Instructor course. The course is run in accordance with the standards of the American Heart Association.

Course pre requisites

Candidates required to be in possession of a valid American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider course certificate - the latest 2020 international guidelines.

Once payment is received candidates are sent an online access code for the BLS Instructor Essentials Online Course. A copy of the certificate must be forwarded before attending the Classroom Course.
Participants are assumed to have mastered the cognitive subject matter & skills needed to teach BLS. It is strongly recommended that you become fully acquainted with the information in the BLS Instructor manual. Class time will be spent on how to teach rather than on what to teach. A written MCQ will take place during the first hour of the course. Please be prepared as the pass mark for this test at instructor level is 90%.
