Cancellation Policy

Emergency Care Education cannot issue a refund for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the course, we charge a postponement fee for postponements within 2 weeks of the course date. (R1840 for all Advanced Life Support courses and R500 for BLS and First aid courses) This is due to the enormous loss incurred as a result of late postponements as it blocks two seats on the course; - One space is blocked on the cancelled course date as it is too late to for a new applicant to prepare. - The second seat is taken up on the rescheduled course date.
